We currently have two branches. Situated in Strand (Cape Town) and Pretoria, but we deliver a national
and international courier service.

It's a pricing technique for commercial freight transport (including courier and postal services), which uses an estimated weight that
is calculated from the length, width and height of a package.
The Measurement of volumetric weight is made by way of a calculation that converts the volume (ie. size of parcel) into a kilogram equivalent.
To calculate volumetric weight:
Simply measure the parcel/box (remember to package the parcel before measuring as packaging can increase the size) in centimetres and then multiply the three dimensions and divide by the volumetric conversion factor applicable to
the service requested, giving the volumetric weight in kilograms.
(LENGTH (cm) x BREADTH (cm) x HEIGHT (cm) = No. KG’S) / 5000 (VOLUME CONVERSION FACTOR)
45cm x 50cm x 42cm = 18.9 KG’S (Remember to round up) / 5000
We unfortunately do not own our own waybills. We use the waybills of our service providers.
Overnight courier service:
This is our express service, guaranteed delivery before 10am or 1pm depending which service you choose.
Next Day service:
This is our premium economy service.
Next day (not guaranteed) in Major centres. Outlying areas can take up to 3 days to be delivered.
Whenever possible, use a new box. The more times a box is used, the more it loses its original protective qualities, so a previously used box may not adequately protect your shipment.
If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other
shipment markings from the box.
Please use proper cushioning material, combined with a strong outer container, to protect your shipment fully. Make sure you use enough cushioning material to ensure that the contents
do not move when you shake the container.
Unfortunately we do not offer our cash client the option of insurance. Only our account holders have an option of insurance. Please contact our offices for more information.
